What is the payroll processing schedule and deadline for submitting payroll data?

Payroll data must be submitted to our PEO 48 hours prior to the scheduled pay date. For example, if the pay date is Friday, the payroll information needs to be provided by Wednesday of that week.

How do you submit payroll data to the PEO (e.g., online portal, spreadsheet, etc.)?

Payroll data can generally be submitted through our secure online portal. However, we can also work with your existing time and attendance system to import pay data directly from there. Our team is flexible and can accommodate different methods of reporting payroll information based on your company's processes and systems.

Do you integrate with my QuickBooks for G/L reporting?
